Our team is always online and we prioritize emergencies, Normally we intervene within two working hours.
For general questions, we have an average response time within 1 working day from Monday to Friday (usually much shorter).
Advanced plans have priority support and there we have an average response time of less than 2 hours.
On weekends, we are only responsible for emergencies (eg if the website should be offline or problems with check-out at checkout).
